Not very clean.
The hallways and elevator were dirty there was a empty coke can in the elevator when we checked in and it was still there in the morning also the trash can in the hall way was overflowing and there was scrape paper on the floor. There were ants in the bathroom. Also we saw hair in the bathroom.

Billing Issues
1. The hotel billed me as well and it took them 3 business days to adjust that problem. 2. The cigrette smoke and chlorine were both overwhelming in the entire hotel.

Excellent value
I was assigned a room on a smoking floor when I checked. The room was supposed to be non smoking but had ash trays in it. Talked to desk clerk and had room changed. I ran into another guest who had the same problem. You may want to call hotel directly and confirm your preference. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant.
