5 star hotel?
Hotel grounds were beautiful, and the customer service was excellent. Had two flights of outside stairwells up to our room with no elevator available. This was a little tough on my knees. Ice availability was also a floor below---again involving the stairs. Other than that, it was a beautiful resort with great customer service. Food on site was very good but pricey.

Not impressed!!
The resort grounds were nicely landscaped and the hotel overlooks a spectacular view of the bay. We enjoyed dinner at Bleuwater and Great Bay Lounge. The tasting menu at Bleuwater was exquisite. However, we did not enjoy lunch at Sails. Moreover, we were shocked that they used plastic glassware and served champagne in a plastic wine glass. Our room was comfortable. But, the cooridors and the elevator in the Eugenia suites where we stayed were filthy. We love the Ritz’s chain but we would never return to this resort.
