Always a pleasant stay
This was not my first stay at this hotel it was more like my tenth stay and as always I was pleased. It’s location is ideal for shoppers like myself, it is secure, the staff are friendly and the hotel is comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not the best
Although the staff was nice there where a few problems. The room was smaller than expected. It seemed as if they do not clean them well. Found a second remote control as well as an empty water bottle and a hanger under the sofa. None of the extractors where working neither the bathroom one nor the one above the stove. Even after letting the staff know, they was never fixed. The A/C unit was leaking water and therefore the whole carpet got wet. After letting the staff know the only thing they did was bring a blower-fan to dry the carpet, the unit was never fixed and therefore was leaking the whole time. I had to turn on the blower-fan every time I left the room so that the carpet would dry. The pans seemed as if they were never washed. The swimming pool water was dirty.
