Not a good choice for Geneva airport
This hotel seemed like a good bet when catching a flight at Geneva airport. It isn’t - the taxi ride is approxmitely $100 each way, and there is no good public transportation. The hotel itself is very basic and not in an attractive area.

Location, location, location
Most things are good about this hotel except for location. We arrived not too late, but it turned out to be difficult to find a place to have dinner. You won’t be distracted by breathtaking scenery, either. Parking is also rather limited.

Not for vacation.
This is not where you would want to stay for vacation. The area seemed to be a bluecollar- workers neighborhood. The hotel is on a busy street and it was very noisy, even with our room up on the sixth floor. Communication with the staff was difficult as their command of English was so-so. The toilet did not flush well. Air conditioning is only run "in season", so even though it was the middle of May, and I was hot, the building was in "heat mode", and all I could do was turn off the heat. No fans, and no screens on the windows. The taxi to & fro the Geneva airport was very expensive, but we had too much luggage to carry for taking public transportation. Plus we arrived late at night & had an early flight for departure.
