way to cut costs
This was perfect for a family to eat in each night and cut out the cost of expensive dinners in London. There is a great grocery store 4 blocks away. We started off in a room on the front of the hotel. Very noisy pubs below. We had to have the windows open because no AC. We asked to be moved to the back side of the hotel for the remaining nights and it was much quieter. The pound/dollar exchange is really bad so I estimate we saved at least $100 on dinner each night by having the totally equipped kitchenette. There is also a laundry. Museums, Harrod’s etc are very close. This is a very nice part of London.

Fantastic!
I thoroughly enjoyed the Citadines in South Kensington. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The location is most excellent. Very high end area with grocery shops, markets and beer and wine stores (and restaurants) right across or down the street from hotel. Easy access to Gloucester Road tube stop. The hotel was GREAT! I was totally at ease once I checked in and saw where the hotel was and how the rooms looked. My one and only complaint was that they wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm. I got there around 1:30 and they told me I had to wait until 3. While I understand this, it was hard after traveling all night and I just wanted to be in the room. But otherwise it was fabulous and will most definitely stay here or at another Citadines in the future.

Great place to stay
The location is perfect right in Zone 1 and a few block away from the Natural Museum. They provide a lot of things so you can feel at home.
