Good for a Short Stay
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It is a good place to stay if you are traveling and looking for a hotel right off of the interstate. The rooms are maintained alright, and the hotel offers breakfast in the morning. I would recommend staying here if you can get a good price.
Traveler's tip on dining
Most of the dining options around the hotel are fast food places. If you travel about 10 minutes east, you will find more sit-down restaurants in Lake Charles.

Front Desk Service
The front desk did not understand how Expedia operates. Even though we explained to them that we had paid for the room through Expedia we were still charged for the room and more than what Expedia had. We were told our room was ready but upon entering the room it had not been cleaned and had to wait about 30 - 45 min. for housekeeping to clean the room. the hotel in general is nice, the room was comfortable but the Front Desk help needs more training.We reported the problem to the mother company. They were very apologetic and refunded the difference we paid in the rate. However we have not heard anything from the specific property. No apology or anything.

No Mirror?
Checked in and went to room. Very suprised to find that there was not a mirror in bathroom. Went back to desk and clerk said something like, oh, forgot to tell you that, last room.

not impressed
My wife and I paid for a king bed. We got put off on a room with double beds.

Disappointing
Was disappointed. Everyhing was "OUT OF ORDER". Rooms extremely small.
