Best in Mobile
Very convenient to area malls, airport, and Mobile Bay/Battleship Alabama, etc. I have stayed at this Marriott many times for both business and pleasure and have never been disappointed. This is undoubtably the best value in Mobile. Friendly staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms, great price. My only disappointment this trip was that I reserved two rooms and was disallowed my request for them to be adjoining because the hotel was "booked" for the weekend. SInce my room had an adjoining door to the next room, and the next room remained vacant during my stay, I feel that I was not given a truthful reason for the denial of my request.

Nice Hotel
This is a very nice looking hotel and the rooms look pretty nice but were not very modern as far as technology wise. The room still had a 32" tube tv with the standard buttons inside of a chest on a pull out table that doesnt swivle which sucks if you’re at the desk or lounging in the chair because the tv faces the bed. Other than that, my major problem with the hotel was the fact that you have to pay for internet use!! I may be spoiled but I’ve never been to a hotel that you’ve had to pay to use the internet so with that said, I wasnt about to pay 12.95 a day to use the internet on a four day stay.

Really impressed.
This was my second stay in a Marriot Hotel. First stay was at the Marriott in Atlanta. Both visits were excellent. The accomodations were outstanding.
