Outsied of hotel need an update. looks run down. Room are decent for the the price. Kept clean and fresh.

it’s ok for the price
Great location. Got restaurants and funny places in the zone. It’s not the best hotel in the zone, but you can’t ask for more because it’s really cheap. If you go to Orlando to enjoy the local attractions (Universal, Sea World, etc...) and want to save some money, that’s the perfect place.

Don’t use the room phone for your calls. It is so expensive.

You get what you pay for!!
We checked in, were given a key and went to the room. The lady had a look on her like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t even make eye contact or greet us properly. Not a nice firs impression! I got the key and went to the room. I opened the door to find that the room was already being occupied!! Ironic thing is, I had mentioned to my girlfriend what some of these reviews said about the SAME THING- then it ends up happening to US! I went to the front desk and was given a new key. The next day, we went out for the day and came back at night. The bed was still a mess and we didn’t get our toilet paper/towels replenished. Apparently room service is a foreign concept at this hotel. So I called the front desk and asked if someone could come up to deliver new towels and toilet paper and was told "Well YOU could come down HERE to get them if you’d like". So at almost midnight I had to get dressed, go down 2 flights of stairs and go all the way to the front desk which took about 5 minutes to walk to in order to get what should have been brought by staff. While the service was atrocious, I guess I can’t complain much- look how much the rates are. Seriously, if you come here, don’t expect anything other than a decent bed/room for a cheap price. If you want SERVICE, then spend more money and get something better.
