I would definitely stay here again.
Above average hotel with a very friendly, attentive, and eager to please staff. Single room was a little small but certainly adequate. Breakfast buffet was the best that I had during my one week stay in Italy/switzerland. Location was just off of an upscale street not too far from the "Last Supper" (3/4 mi.) and probably 1 1/2 mi. frrom Il Duomo/La Scala. Although I walked everywhere, public transportation was nearby.

Very good location and services
Hotel was clean and quiet, staff is friendly and location is great....close to the Metro and within walking distance of the main part of town.

nice location, in residential area
The hotel was nice, the breakfast was abundant and excellent, the staff was very kind, the room was not that large, and even though it looked clean, it could have used a bit more scrubbing!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
there is a tram #16 (stop very close to hotel)which takes you directly to Piazza del Duomo, and passes by S. Maria delle Grazie where the Last Supper by Leonardo is, and the area where the hotel is has many side residential streets filled with nice stores, restaurants, etc.
