Not impressed
The hotel assigned me to a room, but wrote a different room number on their records. When I complained that the air conditioner was not working, the repair person was sent to the room number on their records and not to the room I was in. After returning to the front desk for the 3rd time, it was finally discovered that the room numbers did not match and my air conditioner had never been turned on by the front desk. Not in a very nice part of town.

not a bad one!
I only wish the a/c worked before getting there - it was 90 degrees in our room and we had to leave for a few hours and come back.
