Staff took care of problems promptly
We stayed at this hotel for a short weekend trip to visit family in Florida. It is very convenient in proximity to the airport so that was nice. We did however, have several problems. We were traveling with our young son & had requested a crib through my expedia booking. I also called the hotel a few days prior to our arrival to confirm this request. At that time, I requested a refridgerator in our room because we needed to store our son’s milk. We had a long day of travel due to airport delays so we checked in extremely late. Neither of the requests we made were in our room. This was very frustrating with a tired toddler. The manager did take care of the issues promptly but also explained to me that there was no record of my confirmation call a few days prior. He explained that they should have blocked a room for us at that time with a crib & a refridgerator. Also, when we got into our room, there was a piece of rotten seafood on the bed. This of course concerned me about the cleanliness of the entire room, but I elected to just have the bedding changed at that late time. Overall, the experience was just ok. The manager did take care of the issues as fast as he could, but all 3 things could have been easily avoided with some better communication & cleaning staff.

Needs an update
Although the room was comfortable, it is obviously in need of an update - for the price, it wasn’t a "value" nor did I feel like we got what we paid for.
