Needs work

The hotel was not clean. The hotel staff turned off the air conditioning during the day so that at night the unit had to run full blast so that it would cool the room down a little bit. The exterior was in disrepair as well as the interior. The shower was a mess. You could get the proper temperture from the faucet but when you put it on the shower it was either ice cold or scalding hot. The commode did not flush very well. The channels on the tv did not come in very well either.

If you are in the area spend the extra money and stay on Amelia Island.

I’d skip this hotel next time

While on our way to the Shrimp Festival in Ferandina Beach we needed a place to stay that accepted pets for one night. We arrived late and the hotel staff was not rude, but not friendly. The rooms were outdated, and the bathroom had a dirty rag in the tub, my guess is to absorb the leaking water. The signs in the lobby threatening prosecution if you take anything from the hotel make you wonder who their guests are. Upon closer inspection of the room you begin to wonder what anyone could possibly dream of taking. The only saving grace was we arrived late and left early and the rest of our trip was pleasurable.

Not impressed

I would never go back to this hotel. It surprised me by being so dirty for a Days Inn.
