Terrible experience, rude staff
In the 45 minutes I stayed at this hotel I was bitten by fleas while I was in the lobby, and locked in the bathroom of my room because there was no doorhandle on the inside of the bathroom. I had to yell at a homeless guy down on the street to ask him to go into the office and tell the owners to let me out. When they finally did (apparently they didn’t believe the homeless guy, because I could hear them shouting at him) they refused to give me a refund because I had already stayed in the room (!)and accused me of stealing the doorknob (not true!) and ripping the screen off of the bathroom window (true!). A hotel that makes Fawlty Towers look like a well-run establishment.
