Great Experience
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while I was visiting a friend, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful at all times. When I arrived at the hotel in the morning after an 8 hour flight, the staff quickly settled me into my room, which was to my delight very very clean! I’m planning another trip to manchester in a few months, and will definitely be staying here again!

Problem quickly solved
The first room I was given had a non-functioning toilet. This should have been checked earlier. But I was quickly relocated, and otherwise a sparkling clean and comfortable hotel.

Our experience while staying in Ramada /Manchester
We arrived late night to the Hotel and left early morning. thus did not have the chance to look around the Hotel. However what we saw- we liked. The checking went very fast through. The reception clerk did a fast job and within moments we were in our room. The room was wide and clean. The bathroom was very clean their fittings were new like the renovation eneded same day. Bed was wide and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a wide hall, clean and nice arranged. Big varity of sorts of food. tasty and clean plates and cutlery. Check-out was fast and we did not have to wait for a long time. The reception counter was small at the time we were there, but we assume that is was a temporary Counter. We checked out very early and therefore no other guest was ther. But at a later time, It might have taken a long time to check-out.

This Hotel is perfect for Business travellers. We arrived late night and got immediatly the Room. Room service was fast and efficient. Breakfast was big variety of Food and tasty. the Checkout was fast. All the Hotel Staff were efficient,pleasant and cooperative. Wake-up call was on time and to be sure, it was reconfirmed by a call from the switch board.
