This hotel makes me never want to stay at any Ramada again.
When we arrived, the hotel couldn’t "find" our reservation, so we spent more than two hours sitting in the lobby while the manager tried to make the system work...when we complained we were offered a cup of tea for our trouble. The executive level room was run down but clean and the hotel staff was less than helpful with EVERYTHING. They called us down to the desk more than once for ridiculous issues. The only redemption of this hotel was one guy named Luiz who worked reception and helped us with some things after the concierge refused to help us book transport to the airport. Overall, if you want to pay and get no service, stay here...otherwise look elsewhere!

Great place to stay
I moved to this hotel after the one I originally booked turned out to be under construction. While the Ramada was a lot more pricey, every dollar was worth it. Our room was clean, the service was friendly, there was a cheap breakfast that was very tasty, and the room even had a bathtub!

Excellent choice for tourists
This hotel is very conveniently located between two undergrounds and faces the beautiful Kensington Gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at several London hotels previously and for the price, this is a steal!
