Will use again in the future
Hotel was clean & well maintained. During our stay they were short staffed, but managed to stay on top of things. There was also an issue with the fire supression system & our water had to be turned off on 2 separate days during our 8 night stay. Aside from these unforeseen issues, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean & reasonably priced hotel.

trashy, swimming pool was a swamp, desk person was nasty and sarcastic, barely spoke english

Kissimmee/st. cloud hotel vacation/business
we were first in line to check in and got overlooked and it took 30 mins + to get checked in on our way back from breakfast, we went to get into our room to grab some things before heading to universal studios and we were locked out of our room. my husband went to front desk. 25 minutes went by and nobody came. he went back and the girl at desk apologized that she forgot. by the time we got in our room 1 hr and 40 minutes passed. needless to say, we missed meeting up with our family and it cut out day in half for our universal studios trip. was NOT happy about that. also, had to abruptly leave early due to a death in the family - was told they would refund our last night and never did will never stay here again
