Okay for one night
Our first floor room smelled bad, kind of like smoke but it was a non smoking room. It was also a very dark room, and seemed old. The hotel is convenient to 95 and the food was okay.

Service good; Romm smelled bad
My party had 2 rooms on the ground floor. Both smelled really bad, ours like cigarettes. When I reported it, the front desk person gave me a bottle of air freshener. Otherwise, the hotel, food, amd service were very good.
