Great hotel, great location.
If you are looking for a hotel close to WEM and one with a pool, this is a good one. The pool is beautiful and has rooms with patios overlooking the pool. The rooms are a bit small but really how much time do you spend in your room other than for sleeping. Denny’s is also conviently located in the same building so you can go for a meal without leaving the hotel. We have stayed her a few times before and would stay again. Best prices are always on Expedia!

Only stairs
There were only stairs to get our luggage and our ourselves up to third floor. The internet access did not work on our final day. The staff allowed us to us the business connection downstairs - inconvenient for us but at least we could complete the necessary computer connection that we needed. The restaurant is located right next to the hotel - very convenient. However service was slow - getting a table, getting menus as well as food, and being able to pay the bill. We went once only. Room was comfortable with fridge and microwave. Good bed, bedding and towels. Pool and hot tub were great - both in location and temperature.
Be sure you want to walk stairs as you will do a lot of up and down stairs if you are not on ground level. Pool is great for kids and hot tub is great for parents.

Front desk staff rude
Price is a little high for this type of hotel. The front desk staff, specifically, the lady with an east European accent was tactless and rude.
