Needs repairs! Staff could have been glad to see us. Needs to be cleaner.
Good location for us however is in need of repair. One of the worst we have stayed in -- the ceiling was falling in. Could have been cleaner. Not enough linens--I do hope they made at least a walk through--we had no choice but to stay there. The desk staff could have been glad to see us and thanked us for coming.

Avoid if at all possible!!!
Exterior, nice. Rooms, need a great deal of work and not cleaned regularly. Bathroom floor filthy. Cracked moldy ceiling over tub; bathroom vent full of dust and lent, old cobwebs on wall above counter in bathroom. Entry door filthy and 1/2 inch space to outside allowing little critters in. Poor lighting, coffee maker full of crud (I purchased dish soap to clean. Also purchased bug spray AND Lysol disenfectant). Towells in 1 room had blood on them at check-in. Exchanged at front desk and next day while in lobby, desk clerk gave the same towells to another guest who noticed immediately and demanded clean towells. Internet access from lobby only. Luckily we were in convention from sun-up to late at night and spent very little time in the room. Took pictures and will forward to hotel headquarters. If rooms are available elsewhere, avoid this hotel.

Not Impressed
The room was very dirty. I had to clean the bathroom before I would let my family use it. WE had to bring our pet so we stuck it out because we didn’t know what other hotel in town would allow us to bring our dog. Otherwise we would have left immediately. Next time we will be prepared to pay more so that we are comfortable for our stay.
