Almost a Perfect Experience
The hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. We were unfortunate to have a loud group check into the room next to us at 10:30 in the evening and proceed to "party party". The staff tried to calm them down,to no avail, but effeciently moved us to another room. The shuttle service to the cruise ship lines was wonderful!!!!!

Great Hotel
This was alot better than the other hotels with the amount of stars, with better rooms, more comfortable rooms. Its in an industrial area, but if u have a car, its a decent drive.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Should offer free or low cost parking for the out of town guests that only stayed for one night to jump on the cruise boat the next morning till they return.
Traveler's tip on dining
Long Beach is not too far so check out the Kings Crab Shack for the best Jumbalaya!
