scalding hot water
everything was great for the first 5 minutes until i went to brush my teeth and there was no cold water!! the cold was hot and the hot was scalding...i even tried to adjust the valves under the sink. the next morning my shower started warm and then kept progressively getting hotter, i could barely rinse my head (with a washcloth). i told the desk the next morning but didn’t get much of a reaction, not even an apology.

While not the newest or fanciest place, it was clean, nice, and the service was excellent. Nice people!

not impressed
Room was shabby and in need of updating.The exposed plumbing under the sink was ductaped. The shower head was too low to stand under without ducking. The water took too long to heat up and then it was lukewarm.The sofabed mattress spring was broken and mattress lumpy.
