tacky
I’ll start by saying that my husband and I did enjoy ourselves. This resort is dark with a glow of pink-tacky is the best way to describe it. the service was good, and the entertainment was fun. If you are looking for an updated resort style room, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for some alone time with your lover and a lot of laughs-go for it.

Not what we expected
The hotel is very clean and their staff is great, always willing to give a great service. However, the hotel needs some remodeling. Everything looks very old and old fashioned. The rooms needs new carpeting, ceiling tiles, new bedspreads and comfortable mattresses. We were very disappointed with the look of the rooms, however if they add some improvement, I think they could make a very nice hotel out of it. The dining experience was great, the food very good as well as the service.

Good hotel but could have been better for the price
The concept/theme of the rooms was great even though they look old and need new a/c and new carpets. We were in "The Fairway" room with Jacuzzi in the bedroom. I would highly recommend the new Champagne Tower rooms which also has a private pool and a 7-foot champagne glass shapped jacuzzi in the room - we will try this next time. It also has a lot of indoor activities. The restaurant service was very very slow.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Request for a private dinner table ahead of time so that you are not forced to sit with strangers in the same table. You have to tell them to turn on the air-conditioner in the Game room. Fill a form the night-before to have breakfast in your room.
