It was ok
The bed we slept on was sagging, and there was vacuuming going on until about midnight (we were on the 8th floor). Other than that, it was ok for the 1 night we were there.

Traveling with kids
The hotel is located in a wonderful place with views of the river and the mountains. The food at the restaurant on the top floor great and plenty, everything was clean and in excellent condition and there was a lot of space in our double queen room for us and the kids 9 & 11 not to feel suffocated. Now the cons; The bed was a little too firm for my taste and the personnel was in some kind of silent strike. One day we went back to the hotel only to find one of the beds completely undone. But what really hit me is that not a single person at the front desk would volunteer a greeting except a hello to all four of us when we checked in and a thank you on check out. Maybe for some people this is more than enough, but I would appreciate a smile, a welcome, and especially when I, the guest take the time to say "Good morning". Other than that the hotel is really great and the pool clean and well maintained.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Spend at least one day at the Lake Chelan. It is a half hour drive by the Columbia river and absolutely wonderful....

Very Accommodating!
It was very nice and we would go back again! The restaurant was very good also.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Very fun bar w/great music for dancing in at night! However, bar did not open for Sunday football, that was a downfall but that was the only one we had!
