Good location
This hotel is situated in good location when you travel with car and easy access with tram to the centre from the hotel. Also good to stay for visit to Brugge, it takes only 1 hour to Brugge (by car). We enjoyed Antwerpen and Brugge as well staying this hotel.

Great choice for Antwerp
Althought the hotel is not located in downtown, it is a great choice for such a price. The whole operation of the hotel is based on the idea of being ecologically friendly. Good ideas. The rooms are modern, and ample. The breakfast choices are good and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful. Transportation to/from downtown can be done by tram which is two blocks away from the hotel. Wireless internet access is free.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
When traveling to/from downtown, take Tram 24 which runs every 15 minutes. You can buy a 10-trips ticket at the hotel front desk for 8 Euros. It can be used at Tram, buses and Metro. One ticket covers a one-way trip with unlimited additional connections to other public transportation means within one hour.

I found the service quite diffident and although staff were helpful enough there was not sense they would go out of their way to help
