Not impressed
Terrible staff, not helpful or knowledgeable. The "lift" was broken for a week - unacceptable in downtown London.
Stay anywhere else.

Wonderful theater weekend hotel
The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was well equipped and clean while the breakfast buffet was more than we are use to getting while in europe. The location is magnificent and we were within easy walking distance of all the shows we wanted to see. It was great and we will return.

Exceeded expectations
Comfortable beds, large bathroom in suite. Could use more luggage space, but lovely otherwise. Staff friendly. Be careful of having front desk order taxi, as hired car was provided instead at considerably higher rates than expected. Overall, great value in London for centrally located hotel.
