Very convenient to the water
This hotel is very convenient to the water and local commerce. It is in the heart of the channel and offers easy access from boat to the room. However, it looks tired and very used. That said, the room was large and comfortable, but not the cleanest, but not awful either. The walls are paper thin and it is noisy. Bring your earplugs.

Sleepless in Havasu
We were placed directly above the nightclub and it sounded as though people were partying in our room until 2:30 a.m. all weekend. Definetly not a family area and the staff should not book families into these rooms. They were unable to relocate us and appeared as though this is a usual complaint. Otherwise a decent stay.

One-of-a-Kind Hotel, Not too Bad
It was my first time visiting Lake Havasu and I decided to stay at the London Bridge Resort. This hotel was not exactly spectacular, but it was pretty clean and the staff were always friendly. I would have to say that the decor of the resort was beautiful, from the outside castle-like theme. Inside the room, you are transported into a suite with a proper bedroom, living room, bathroom, and even kitchen. I stayed for a week and found it to be quite comfortable and relaxing. What I was not impressed was the bathroom; it wasnt exactly clean. I would advise anyone who stays here to stop by the convenience store in this hotel called the Market; since there is plenty of food to satisfy cravings and the cashier is really friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be glad to go back if I were to ever visit Lake Havasu again. It provided a nice getaway with unique features.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
I think the most distinctive part about the town of Lake Havasu is that the atmosphere is really inviting. People I came across such as cashiers in stores and shuttle/taxi drivers were always talkative and willing to help you out. The locals often strike up interesting conversations that may surprise you. So if you ever need help or want to know something about the town, just ask anyone and Im sure theyll be more than willing to help you out.
