a beautiful very well located Venetian palace (or several at that) assembled into one large property with very poor service and maintenance.

Delightful in every way
We stayed for 5 nights in August ’09 and found the hotel to be everything that you would hope your hotel to be. Very clean, great service, and wonderful location. If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel...this is the place.
Traveler's tip on dining
You might avoid the buffet breakfast...way to expensive and too "American"...better to find a corner bar and grab a coffee and brioshe at about one tenth the price.
