For the basics, it’s fine
It’s a cheap hotel, so you get what you paid for. A free breakfast always helps to make up for these cheaper hotels. The main complaint was that they advertise free wireless internet, but while we were there, we could never connect. When we spoke with the front desk, their reply was "well, we can connect, so I don’t see why you can’t". And that was the extent of their help on that issue. Location wise, it’s fine - close to I-15 and 56 (which shoots you West straight into Del Mar).

Great value for money. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast itens too. Impressive.
Great location. Will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I go to San Diego. The hotel is just a short distance to most of the places that a traveler usually goes to---restaurants (great selections from SS to SSSS), drugstore, supermarket, churches, etc. Can’t wait to come back.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
This hotel is centrally located and near to usual places a traveler goes to. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Heated pool and spa to relax in at the end of a tiring day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great stay for the price
The only downside to this hotel was the fact that it was next to a busy street and freeway. Other than that it was great! Staff was very accommodating, all rooms are suites, free wifi and breakfast. It wasn’t a full breakfast, but it was better than most ’continentals’ I’ve seen. The up side of being next to the freeway was you just hop on and within 15 minutes you are in downtown San Diego. Plenty of shopping nearby.
