Always pleased with this hotel
I have used and recommended this hotel many times and have never been let down. The front desk staff is always helpful and courtious, the room is clean, and the breakfast is filling. The exercise room is small, but you can get a free pass to go to the gym across the street! Plus North Raleigh is an excellent location, without being jammed into the middle of all the mall/hotel traffic down the street.

Not impressed
The floor in our room was wet from the AC. Fan had be placed in the room to help dry the rug. They rented out the room knowing that the floor was wet. Could not move us to another room of the same size. The beds were too small and the AC was not working correctly. The room stayed warm all night.

Impressed
I was impressed with the hotel overall,.It was clean, the staff were all very friendly. Free airport shuttle. The breakfast was also nice. Nice restaurant next door.
