Nice but no coffee
The hotel was fine but the quality of the staff was just OK. The first room that we were given had the wrong size beds, and the second room had a Do Not Disturb sign on it. It took 3 trips to find a room for us to stay in. It was a holiday weekend and they seemed short staffed. It took several calls to get coffee for the room (my husband ended up going to the front desk for it)and our shower door leaked. We will definitely give this hotel another chance

Doubletree
The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. They were a little understaffed at the front desk, but otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Perfect location
We came for our son’s graduation and the hotel is near many restaurants as well as right next to the mall so very easy access to all we needed. The hotel staff are very pleasant and the bar and restaurant was open whenever we wanted anything. Rooms are good. The first day room service did not come to clean out room until after 4 pm so we opted to not have it done. Neutrogena products in bath a plus, one of the few times I have actually used what the hotel provides - nice!
