Decent place for business stay. Reasonable facility and bedding, quiet room
I particularly appreciate the quieter heating unit compare to a lot of other hotels.

Courtyard Marriott in Boulder
I selected this hotel based on a price/value consideration. I’d return. It was clean, comfortable and we quickly learned our way to campus and back.
Be sure to check out restaurants on Pearl Street and other locales. Some gems are available.

Good value accomodations
This hotel provides good value for the dollar -- it’s up to date, accomodating, nice breakfast buffet (costs extra but is very convenient.) It’s located on the opposite of Pearl Street from the "action" and from CU, but if you’ve got a car, it’s a simple, short drive. I definately recommend it.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There is a Target, Whole Foods, Starbucks, etc. just a short drive from the hotel -- makes it easy to pick up supplies for your student on your way to campus.
