Excellent location
The location was excellent if you want to get there by bus-shuttle from the airport and if you need to take the train afterwards to any other place. The hotel has all the amenities and is very comfortable. The rooms are big and the decor OK. I recommend the hotel both for business and for leisure tavellers.

Overnight only
I would recommend this hotel. The rooms lack appeal and are not very well maintained, but it is at an excellent location for an overnight stay if using the Italian rail system. I would not stay for multiple nights.

very convenient and slightly rundown
The location is very convenient for people arriving by train or by bus from Malpensa. However, the neighborhood is a bit dicey at night and does not feel 100% safe. The furniture and carpeting was old and tired, but everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The tiny elevators are slow and crowded during periods of peak traffic. Breakfast was very good. The internet, which is outsourced to Swisscom, worked properly.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
take the bus from Malpensa to Stazione Centrale and walk 3 minutes to the hotel. No need to take a taxi.
