Very friendly staff and atmosphere Lovely view on Lake Lucerne Good 4* Hotel by any standard Restaurant and Bar on the expensive side - but as expected - this is Switzerland after all!

GORGEOUS
I cannot say enough about this hotel... phenomenal views, exceptional service, wonderful rooms, and incredible atmosphere. We loved the Swiss minimalist design and layout. Our Jr Suite was perfect for our needs. Highly recommended if you are in the Luzern area.
The Luzern bus was easy to use, inexpensive and much more convenient that driving. Simply go to the bus stop across the street from the hotel and use the kiosk (English is an option on the menu). Purchase a one-day one-zone ticket and climb aboard. They will most likely not ask to see your pass, but keep it handy in case you are asked. Also- when in Luzern, be sure to stop by the Pickwick Pub near the Kapellbrucke on the waterfront. Great little restaurant with superb prices.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!
My husband & I are both 38 yrs old. We had the Jr.Suite w/Balcony for 2 nights. Excellent location & view of Lucerne..would highly recommend for parties around same age range or younger. We really enjoyed and wished we had been there longer, however, for example..I know my parents age would not have liked the rooms as well...beds are very low/sit right on floor, have to step up high into shower/tub, very retro/euro hotel. My opinion is satisfaction will depend on age of customers and their preference. Very nice, clean & BEAUTIFUL location!
