"Disgusted!"
We arrive and everything was great to start. We were able to check in early, the staff was friendly, the lobby was well maintained, everything appeared to be what was shown on the website. That was until we got to our rooms. As soon as we stepped off the elevator we were met with a horrible rancid smell. We quickly got to our room to discover that not everything was as it seemed online. The room has obviously not been updated in many many years. The bathroom was disgusting! Old tile cracked and and covered mildew and mold, stains on the wall, rust on the rack above the toilet. Not to mention that the sheets had obviously not been changed in the room. They had hair, dirt and grime all over. Frankly I don’t think I have ever stayed somewhere so unkempt. Overall it was just gross. We had no other choice at this point. So we put up with it. I will NEVER go back!

Would go back
My room’s air conditioning unit was broken. After it was reported to management I found that SEVERAL rooms units were inoperable and the hotel knew it! I was given a room on a different floor and my family was satisfied after that. The hotel was in a great location, within walking idstance to Disneyland and local resturants. Overall, I would book with the hotel again as long as the air conditioning is working.

One of the worse I’ve been to
Excellent location (close to Disney Land and Anaheim Convention Center), very old and not well-maintained hotel.
