Beautiful B+B
Great little Bed and Breakfast in a great location. The antique furnishings were beautiful. The room was small but very cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a nice place for a weekend getaway with that special someone.

Loved the quaintness with modern conveniences
I have been returning to the Mendocino Hotel for over 20 years. Wonderful ambiance, service. The pub food is great!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The ocean view from Mendocino is beautiful. A walk along the bluff trails invigerating. There are state parks and beaches near by.

Nice Trip and Hotel
The hotel is in the best location of Mendocino. It looks pretty and if you are OK with hallway bathrooms (plenty of them) then very comfortable at a reasonable price. The restaurant has some nice food and a comfortable dining area. The Breakfast and bar areas are very pretty and includes outside seating if you like. Hotel needs to make sure they have more staff for waiting tables when busy would be the only advice I have.
If you are or have an elderly visitor then check in advance with hotel as some beds are very high(The hotel changed rooms for my mother as soon as we asked, but availability could have limited their flexibility)
