Four stars????
We stayed at this hotel in April.I found the reception staff unhelpful and unfriendly; our wake up call was late; the rooms were pokey with worn carpet; there was only one channel in English on the tv; it is a 15 minute walk out of the centre, on a lonely road. Very disappointing considering it is 4 star. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other options in the centre in the same price bracket.

Great Hotel
We loved this hotel. It was clean. The rooms were large. They even had automatic black out shades. The staff was delightful and helped arrange a rental car for us and gave great directions. I would stay here again.

Nice
The hotel was in an excellent location for our needs. Close to the Aldstadt and the bus line. The room had plenty of space and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Great!
Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful. Room was very comfortable. Convienent to walk to old Salzburg. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Can’t say anything bad about it.
