Not to bad of a place
The room was a little dated, but it was clean and the bed was comfy.

My fiancee and I book a weekend for a special getaway out of town and were not disappointed with the room or service and thought it was a fantastic value for the price. Good points were the full kitchen (toaster, microwave, dishwasher, everything), huge comfy king bed, wood-burning fireplace with complimentary Duraflame log, free WiFi, private patio, full complimentary breakfast with fresh eggs and much more. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the heated outdoor pool and hot tub closed at 10 PM and was jam-packed with yelling, splashing children. We missed out on what we hoped would be a laid back, romantic and relaxing experience there, but maybe on another weekend it would be less family-packed with more low key adult guests.

Awesome Vietnamese restaurant several miles east from the hotel on Airport Highway: Saigon Bistro. If you’re into big chain restaurants, you’re in luck: TGI Friday, Longhorn Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Chili’s, Don Pablo’s, and many more just a minute or 2 away. Just about every fast food place is there too, from Wendy’s to Boston Market.
