It was great for the price.
It wasn’t a great hotel. But the breakfast and happy hour was useful.

Really run-down with mediocre service
We were not thrilled with this hotel by any means. The rooms were really, really run-down and in need of re-modeling. Dont’ be fooled by the pretty lobby; the rooms are vastly different! Also, the service left much to be desired. Aside from the manager, the front-desk people were completely disinterested in helping with directions or any other requests. We could’ve lived with the hotel condition had the service been better or visa-versa. The one positive was having breakfast included.

Hotel Nice But Not The Friendliest To Hotel Guests!
My family and I have stayed here many times. It’s always our first choice based on rates, service, location. This trip was quite different; I experienced a lazy front desk clerk the night I checked in when I needed more sheets/blankets for my kids. They would not even bring them up to our room and asked that we come down to the lobby for them. Also the Chef in the kitchen serving breakfast had a very bad attitude when I asked for five plates (2 Adults and 3 Children)! This was a first and will dissuade me from staying at the Country Inn & Suites in the future! On a positive note; this hotel is always quiet and the hotel itself and rooms are clean. The maids are the friendliest people of all.
