Good value for the price
Hotel is about 15 years old, but was fairly well maintained. Desk people were helpful and very friendly. We were on a leisurely trip and staying in a fairly small town.

How about a desicion?
Asked for late check out when room was booked. Clerk could not give me an answer. Stayed for 3 nights. Asked on 4 seperate occasions for answer and was always told that they had to wait to see or hear from the manager. On the laste nightI asked again and was told to call the desk the next mourning. I told the clerk if I had to wake up early to make a call to the desk it defeated the purpose of the late check out. The fact we had a late night before and wanted to sleep late. The clerk who had just started there finally gave us a 12:30 PM check out. Either they need to empower the employees or the manager has to be more available. Also there is no elevator so if you are not healthy a 3rd floor room is not a good thing.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
The Northeast Classic Car Museum about 1/2 mile from the motel was excellent. Over 100 cars restored and a very helpful and Knowledgable group of volenteers to guide you through.
