Last Resort
The first room I was given was not clean (beds not made, towels on the floor, etc); The room I stayed had dirt on the floor, dirty walls, much of the room was damaged (broken plastic, trim boards, etc)--- in the morning there was no HOT water. No attempt by management to make the situation right --- will never stay there again.
The Red Roof and Motel 6 are very close --- just off Ohio/US 23 North about 3 miles away.

VERY good for the price
This hotel is a great value for the price. Our family of five had the hotel pool all to ourselves Saturday morning. We had a wonderful time splashing and playing in the well-maintain, perfect-for-kids pool. We also took advantage of the free breakfast every morning. It’s very basic (bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, juice) and there are no tables, but it saved us lots of money. We were filled up with out going out to a restaurant. The hotel rooms are not the most beautiful or modern, but they were comfortable and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will stay there again on future trips to Westerville. It is half the price of the Hampton. We recommend it highly.
We were surprised that the hotel did not have any baby cribs. Luckily, we were able to borrow one from a relative. Bring your own, or sleep with baby in your bed!

Tired and Run Down
The hotel has not been renovated in many years and is very abused and neglected. We requested non-smoking rooms and were very aware that people had smoked in the room. There was a moldly smell and the room was not very clean. us. While the clerk tried to be helpful, there was little he could do to help us. If there had been any other vacancies locally, we would have changed hotels.
