Ok
The hotel is centrally located but shabby-the beds were comfortable and the sheets brand new. However, the rest of the hotel, including the rooms, is badly in need of updating.

Excellent boutique suite property
If you’re looking for a boutique (not cookie-cutter) hotel, with lots of room, in a great downtown location, with a great breakfast, this is an excellent choice.

Great Hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. The bed and linens were as comfortable as home. The location is very convenient to the MCV Campus of VCU, and the capitol. The staff was extremely helpful.
