Great Service...Hotel needs some basic updating however.
The customer service, cleanliness, etc was absolutely wonderful!!! The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the wifi actually worked! Had a few problems but would still recommend just because the staff was so great on accomodating me! First night, no hot water - tub was fixed w/in the hour however never could get fixed on the sink. Day 3 fridge stopped working - food spoiled. Day 4, no work to do but found that I also had no tv stations...fixed the next day. Day 5, flew home.

OK, but shuttle service poor
The hotel was nice but I booked this hotel because they said they had shuttle service to and from the airport. I was stranded at the Sea-tac airport and needed to be picked up but was told they didn’t have a driver. Thankfully someone did come in and take me to the airport the next morning. I would recommend the hotel to friends but recommend that they check on the shuttle service before the make a reservation.
