Will look for another hotel next time
This hotel wasn’t bad. It wasn’t good either. The ice machine near us didn’t work, we requested extra towels (we used the pool) and didn’t receive them. But, the room and pool were clean, the staff friendly.

Bad location
The hotel was decent for the money but it is not a very good location. I would recommend stayiing in the downtown area.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Chattanooga is a beautiful city - particularly the downtown area. I highly recommend the aquarium.

Now what I expected from previous reviews
They make a good effort in keeping the hotel clean but at some point carpet needs replaced, bathrooms need remodeled, etc. It had a funny smell and just not what we are used to staying in. Staff as very nice but persoanlly I couldn’t wait to leave due to the condition of the room.
