Nice for the price
This hotel worked out very well for us. It was only about 2 blocks from the NAU campus and had places close enough you could walk to if you wanted. Room was clean so was the lobby and breakfast area. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Great breakfast - great location
Comfortable room - good value with indoor pool. Excellent breakfast bar, staff helpful but not intrusive. Location was a total plus close to good restaurants, grocery, walmart and attractions
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
We were able to see Grand Canyon, horse back ride in Williams, visit several national parks - petrified forest, walnut canyon, sunset crater plus museums in Flagsall within 4 days.

Okay for a low budget
This hotel is okay for the price you pay. The furniture, especially the mattresses are quite old but it’s comfortable. We stayed on the second floor and there is no elevator. We were able to drag our luggage up and down the stairs just fine. My husband saw a front desk person helped moving a luggage for a child who was watching over things for his family. No train noise for sure. We slept well. The free wifi worked well. It’s directly across from a strip mall where there is a diner, Walmart and several other shops. It was nice to be able to pick up some last minute items.
