Great Location
I stayed here for 2 nights while dropping my daughter off at the University of Arizona. I was only a 10 minute walk from her dorm. This hotel is also walking distance to many restaurants. My room was clean and very comfortable. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our dinners at the hotel restaurant. The pool is kind of small, but it was never crowded while I was there. The water in both the pool and hot tub was a perfect temperature. All in all, I had a great stay, and will return when I’m in Tucson to visit my daughter.

Be careful about drinking out of glassware
The only problem I had with the hotel was with a broken and dirty drinking glass in the bathroom. When attending the room, the cleaning staff did not replace the glass. They put the cardboard top back on the glass as if the glass was replaced and washed. I wonder how many travelers drank out of dirty glasses.

Not Fancy but Nice
Customer service was great. Rooms were nice, but not fancy, as were the lobby and public areas. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
