Almost, but really didn’t make the grade
The Hyatt Place in Norcross appears cute & comfortable, but it really misses on some key marks. The rooms have been upgraded in the past couple of years, and the hotel advertises that check-in and ordering a coffee or snack is easy to do on their lobby kiosk. Unfortunately, the kiosk doesn’t work and while the attendants in the lobby are helpful, but service is pretty painfully slow and the food/coffee/bar items available are really substandard. After encountering delays and problems checking-in, the biggest problem we had was that our otherwise tidy room room at check had an extremely bloody throw pillow on the sofa greeting us. Nose bleeds happen (clearly to someone before us in the room) but it’s not clear why the housekeeping staff didn’t just remove the pillow entirely... there were others on the sofa. The hotel was remarkably quiet during our stay given the location of our room on the first floor next to the kitchen, fitness room and outdoor pool. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel to others... unless they just really need a inexpensive place to stay.

Different experience
Older hotel with "modern" style remodel Room condition was average, but had some nice features like an LCD TV and a large couch. No restaurant but could order food at the front desk. Continental breakfast was marginal.

Will Visit Again
I was extremly suprise with this room for the rate. The staff was friendly and the room was superb.
