Loved it!!!
The room was fantastic and a great view of the ocean!! Only steps from the ocean and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was great and there were no hidden fees. Easy access to surrounding areas, right in the middle when it came to driving from one part of the island to the other. We checked out other resorts and townhomes while we were there and this was the best for the money and location!!
Definately purchase food to prepare your own meals upon arrival. It will help cut down the cost!!

Beautiful Kapaa location
Beautiful location, very clean and well managed. Comfortable rooms with a great ocean view.

Not impressed
We enjoyed the area and the convenience to shopping and attractions,but the room smelled of mildew, the bathroom had an old urine smell and the toliet had a loose mounting, the dishwasher needed to be replaced. The swimming pool and grounds were great and well maintained
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Kayak trip to waterfall was great, snorkeling at Poipu was fantastic,able to see turtles and seals. Raft trip with Kauai Seas was very exciting saw whales,dolphins and turtles. Difinately worth doing the tour that shore lands.Knowledgable tour guides
