No front desk clerk
Arrived about 10:30 pm to check in. No front desk clerk. Waited about 30 minutes. Someone came down. Said "he does that." Clerk finally appeared. No explanations or apologies. Despite some other qualities (tiny but clean room, comfortable bed), we won’t stay at another Red Roof again. If you like gambling, you’ll like taking your chances on the service.

Met expectations
Room was clean, warm, and quiet. That’s all that was mandatory. Needs more staff on at night. One person is not enough. No access to computer available for looking up information on internet. Was not able to get a rollaway cot. We made due and got a good night’s sleep so all in all not a bad experience.

Poor Condition
The room was well worn with missing bathroom light fixture, torn bed cover and disinterested staff.
