Good hotel, good location
Only about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room was small, but that is normal in Japan. Only qualm was the myriad of things under the bed, such as other guests socks.

Great Value
We stayed here 3 nights before embarking on a 19-day cruise from Kobe to Vancouver. The location in Shin-Kobe was quiet and convenient. It was near the Shinkansen station and a pleasant 20-min. walk to the Sannomiya station, Kobe’s main station. It was within distance to the Herb Park & Garden as well as to Inkangin or foreign section. Near a river and park as well as surrounded by a quiet residential area, it was the perfect place to relax. The room was small, but the continental breakfast was quite hearty---lots of variety. Internet access was reasonable as well as the Expedia rate.
