Great view, loud boats...
I stayed in a harbor view room and it was very nice. I arrived in Victoria earlier than I thought and the hotel was able to check me in with no problems. That was great. The sea planes landing in the harbor were louder than I thought they would be. The Black Ball ferry would also blow its horn pretty loud when it was coming in the harbor. After the first couple times, you get used to both.
